How the Business Works

Own the Trade Exchange.Issue Credit. Earn From Transactions.

A Trade Exchange is a private business network where members buy and sell using trade credit and can convert trade credit to cash. You own the platform that operates the network. Businesses join, you approve accounts and credit, members trade with one another, and your exchange earns from the commercial activity it processes.

01 / Ownership · Members · Revenue

One Platform. Three Sources of Value.

You own the network. Members create commercial activity. The exchange earns from the activity processed through its platform.

01

You Own the Network.

The Trade Exchange is your branded business network and transaction platform. Its policies determine who can join, how credit is approved and which fees apply.

02

Members Create the Trade.

Businesses bring products and services into the network. Buyers spend approved trade credit; sellers earn it and use it for other purchases or convert it into cash.

03

Your Exchange Earns.

The platform records account activity and applies the membership, transaction or facilitation fees established by your exchange.

A business receives $1 million in approved trade credit, pays a participating advertising agency, and generates fee revenue for the exchange.

The seller receives the trade credit.

The platform records the buyer’s payment and credits the advertising agency’s exchange account.

  5. 05
The seller spends the credit again.

The agency can use its balance to buy available travel, property services, equipment, professional services or other member offerings.

The exchange earns from the activity.

In this illustration, the published fee rule charges the buyer 5% in cash when the purchase clears. The seller receives the full $1 million in trade credit, and the exchange records $50,000 in cash fee revenue.

Issued Trade Credit

The buyer receives purchasing capacity.

The exchange approves credit that the buyer uses to pay participating sellers. The issued balance remains governed by the buyer's credit terms.

Earned Trade Credit

The seller earns value from a completed sale.

The seller can spend its earned balance on products and services available from other members or convert the earned credit into cash.

Converted Cash

Cash can be withdrawn worldwide.

After earned trade credit is converted, the cash can be withdrawn to any bank account anywhere in the world.

Why Members Accept Trade Credit

They Can Use It to BuyWhat Their Businesses Needand Can Convert It to Cash and Withdraw Itto Any Bank Account.

A business accepts trade credit because it can spend that credit with other members instead of using cash for every participating purchase. Each useful supplier increases the purchasing possibilities available to the network.

01

Members bring real products and services.

The network is supported by the inventory, expertise, property, equipment, advertising, production and capacity participating businesses make available.

02

One sale creates purchasing power for another purchase.

A seller earns trade credit from a transaction and can use it to obtain participating goods and services from other members.

03

A stronger network makes the credit more useful.

More relevant suppliers, buyers and transaction opportunities give members more ways to earn and spend within the exchange.

04

Earned trade credit can be converted into cash.

Members can convert the trade credit they earn into cash and withdraw the money to any bank account anywhere in the world.

04 / How the owner earns

Members Transact. Your Exchange Earns.

You own the platform processing member activity. When an approved transaction is completed, the exchange applies the fee established by its rules.

The basic relationship is direct: more active members can create more buying and selling opportunities; more completed transaction volume can create more fee revenue.

Transaction volume × applicable fee rate = exchange fee revenue
Membership and account feesPaid by members when the event defined in the membership plan occurs.
Transaction feesPaid by the buyer, seller or both when a purchase is processed, as stated in the fee schedule.
Facilitation and management feesPaid by the served party when the exchange arranges or executes an agreed commercial service.

Fee terms are defined before a transaction. The exchange's published schedule states who is charged, when the charge occurs, whether it is paid in cash or trade credit, and how the collected revenue is allocated.
